Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RESIV ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use RESIV
You must be at least 17 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
3. What RESIV is (and isn't)
RESIV is a wellness and self-tracking tool for first responders. It is not a medical device, not therapy, not diagnostic software, and not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. In a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity on your account. Do not share your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of the journal entries, notes, and logs you enter. You grant us a limited, revocable license to store, transmit, back up, and process that content solely to operate the app for you.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Premium is billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your store account. Web beta users are not charged.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESIV and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
