Privacy Policy

RESIV is a private wellness companion for first responders. Your journal entries, wellness scores, shift history, and fitness logs belong to you. We do not sell your data, share it with your employer, insurer, or department, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

• Account: email address and (optionally) display name and profession role.
• Wellness data: mood, stress, sleep, and journal entries you enter yourself.
• Shift & fitness data: the shifts, workouts, steps, water, and calories you log.
• Location (optional): your approximate location is used only to search for nearby therapists when you tap "Find support". It is not stored on our servers.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and minimal usage events, never linked to identifiable content.

Solely to power the features you see in the app: your dashboard, trends, reminders, and — for Premium — AI insights derived from your own data. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Row-level security ensures your rows are inaccessible to any other user, including RESIV staff, without explicit access.
• Passwords are hashed and salted; we never see your plaintext password.

We use a small number of infrastructure providers:

• Supabase (managed Postgres, authentication) — data hosting.
• Cloudflare — edge network, DDoS protection.
• Google Maps Platform — therapist map rendering only.
• Apple / Google — future subscription billing on native apps.

• Export: download every record tied to your account from Settings → Export My Data.
• Delete: permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account.

RESIV is not intended for use by children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we materially change this policy, we will notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
